Productive day at the Inspector General

Whew, as a mom, a wife and an group Organizer  sometimes I wonder how I do it. Today, so that I could be at the Inspector General meeting I had to get the kids off to school with the help of my husband before 6:45am then I had to leave to go to work and I was at my customers by 7:30am. Work Work Work… and then I rushed off to meet the wonderful folks of the South Florida 912 group to present the new recommendations for the Inspector General. Iris helped me out by turning in a card for me to speak, thank goodness otherwise I never would have had a chance. The Group did such a great job speaking and presenting the petitions over 2881 I believe the last count was. Great job! Then after running back to the car thanking God my car still had time left on the meter. I rushed back off to work. I was back
in Boca not long after, working. I got home about 6:15pm. What craziness, tonight my son has band practice. He is a drummer and the house is filled with music. It warms my heart for even though they are kids they are great! Umm …. well ………… I am making dinner while writing this and I just wanted for those who say they don’t have the time to get active. It is time for no excuses. Get busy, Lord knows I am.

Final thoughts…

Dennis , Doreen and Fred and Iris just were
really amazing on working on this project.
Some of us had met months ago when the
Grand Jury first recommended the Inspector General
and it means a lot to me to see us almost there.
Let us watch and see what is to come in the
final documents but the Commission as a whole
seemed receptive.

Good night for now
